Although hair loss may seem like a more well-known problem in men but women are nearly as likely to lose or have thin hair. Most women notice it in their 50s or 60s but it can happen at any age and because of a variety of reasons. According to American Academy of Dermatology, most people lose from 50 to 100 strands of hair each day. On the days when hair is being washed people can lose up to 250 strands of hair or more. If hair follicles are uniform in size or if the hair loss is sudden, it is likely to be caused by something other than heredity like any medical condition.
Mainly the reasons for losing hair are enlisted below:
• Pregnancy.
• Thyroid disorders.
• Anemia.
• Polycystic ovary syndrome.
• Psoriasis.
• Seborrheic dermatitis.
• Menopause.
• Lupus.
• Excessive styling.

Do you guys love your hair? Girls get sick of dry and damaged hair at one point of their lives because who doesn’t love beautiful hair? I want to tell you guys about a hair mask that I use when my hair get frizzy and damaged of being exposed to heat. It is the best home-made mask.
Here’s how you’ll make it:
• 2 tbsp coconut oil ( coconut oil is really amazing for hair and skin. It helps to cure the burns)
• 2 tbsp honey (raw honey)
• Most importantly take 2 tbsp yoghurt ( it contains lactic acid that exfoliates the dead skin cells from your scalp which ultimately helps your hair grow faster)
• Mix them all and apply the mixture to your scalp for 30 minutes.
• Wash it.
-this makes my hair look shiny and gives them a good volume. I can really feel smoothness in my hair.

Hair fall remedy

Hair fall is the most common thing I have faced today but sadly our lack of knowledge about effective and simple ways of treating this condition refrains us from treating it.
I myself faced this problem and was depressed of my falling hair.
I tried EVERYTHING including every hair food and expensive products but this helped me a lot and stopped my hair fall. You guys should try this, all you need is:
• Coconut oil
• Olive oil
• Castor oil
• Aloe-Vera
(Mix them all in equal quantity and apply the mixture to your scalp, leave it for 45 minutes and wash it)
Apply this twice in a week and you will see the results.
I have applied it for 3 times and all my falling hair are gone. I hope this is helpful for all of you.
