Strawberries have a common scientific name of Fragaria that have a different suffix for different varieties and are widely appreciated for its characteristic aroma, sweetness, bright red color and juicy texture. Strawberry flavorings are widely used in many products like candies, hand sanitizers, lip gloss, perfumes and many other products. From a botanical point of view, its just not a berry but is an aggregate accessory fruit. On average strawberry has 200 seeds on the external membrane, each apparent seed on the outside is actually one of the ovaries of the flower, with a seed inside it. Strawberries vary widely in size, flavor, shape, color and the degree of fertility and season of ripening. This fruit matures in midsummer and should be picked when fully ripe.

Drying up the fluid helps in increasing mobility of the joints and accumulation of toxic substances and acids in the body which are ultimately the effects of free radicals and are the primary causes of arthritis and gout. Strawberries are abundant in antioxidants and detoxifiers which help in treating these conditions.

Strawberries contain potassium that is a vasodilator which reduces hypertension and the rigidity of blood vessels by lowering blood pressure, easing the flow of blood to various parts of the body, and keeping them functioning at their full potential. It reduces cholesterol in the arteries and vessels. Vitamin B is also present in strawberries that strengthens the cardiac muscles and leads to better functioning of the heart.
